In the super sports movie Dangal, there is conflict between Official Coach & Personal Coach.
In the movie it reflects that there the Player follows the modern techniques & open approach of Coach and doesn’t get success.
But, as soon as the player moves to traditional techniques, player gets success.
Actually, Primary issue is with Objectives and Goal Setting

Objectives are Highly Important and based on objective we do strategic planning followed by execution.

Objectives & Goal setting shall have the x factor to reach on excellence

As Player (Employee) and Coach (Manager), strength and weakness shall be identified. We shall be capitalizing strength to win over….. (Selection of weight category is strength, as always winner in that weight category)

Observations

When Your Goals are focused, what you can’t see is obstacles.

Shortcuts are important, but it can’t replace the hard work.

A strict teacher is one to whom we will always remember the most, as the learning from a strict teacher will help us throughout the life and it shall help at most of winning places.

Work life balance shall not come as hurdle in pursuing our dreams and goals.

A Good Manager always need to supervise & monitor his team strictly & guide them at right time. Which, both were doing effectively?

Strong Learning

EQ helps higher on managerial level

Perfect Goal setting is highly important

Traditional management or Modern Management both are Best. But, how we are using the available resources at the full extent to reach goals, that’s most important

There is no Short Cut to Hard work.

Coaches were definitely super at their end. But, Goal settings approach & focused monitoring & supervision plays a vital role in performance improvement and achieving goals
