In India, traditionally the career is decided by Parents. And 99.9% cases the choice is imposed on the young generation. Which makes them qualified but only on documented with degrees. Their area of Interest or their skill set is always neglected. Of, course the parents are not incorrect in taking decision for their children but the horizon is very limited. Every parents wants their child to be Doctor, Engineer and if financially strong than Pilot. If parents are professional like Lawyer, CA or Business man they will impose him to go for according qualification & or as per business related industry degree along with MBA. I am just scared & just need to know than how we expect that India will win 10 Gold medals in Olympics along with 20 silver & 30 bronze medals. No It's not only about sports, It's about giving importance to related sector. Why everyone in India have a dream to study in Trinity College of Cambridge University, because the faculties & global learning is of top class. Why Faculties are working & making learn hundreds of students every year to make them learn the best in the world because they are getting paid accordingly & as in other countries all the Jobs are good. But in India a
Teachers role is equally important. They can only identify the strength & weakness of every child & student. Share it with parents & convince them to provide essential support in their direction.
